Hidden Beach Resort Au Naturel Club is a Karisma Gourmet Inclusive® Experience –Adults Only Resort located in Kantenah Bay Riviera Maya. It is situated 1.5 hours south of Cancun International Airport, 25 minutes away from Playa del Carmen, 10 minutes from the aquatic park Xelha, 20 minutes from the natural park Xcaret and 25 minutes away from the renowned Mayan ruins of Tulum.
Located in Riviera Maya, this luxurious resort is designed specifically for nudists. These 42 Beachfront Suites and 1 Presidential Suite offer a relaxing oasis of natural beauty and hospitality with the complete confidence of walking around the hotel in an intimate environment. Cancellation Policy.
If a reservation is cancelled during Regular Season (from May 1st, 2022 thru December 20th 2022) the cancellation charge equal to two (2) nights stay on the all-inclusive plan for any reservation cancelled three (3) days or less prior to the Client arrival date. If a reservation is cancelled during High Season (from January 5th, 2022 thru April 30th 2022) the cancellation charge equal to two (2) nights stay on the all-inclusive plan for any reservation cancelled seven (7) days or less prior to the Client’s arrival date. Further, the cancellation of any reservation falling within the period “Christmas & New Year” this period being from December 23rd 2022 thru January 4th 2023 (inclusive) and from December 21st 2022 thru January 4th 2023 (inclusive) shall be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the entire stay for any reservation cancelled thirty (30) days or less prior to the Client arrival date. In the event, a non-refundable reservation is cancelled the cancellation charge equal to the entire stay, regardless of the number of days its cancelled in advance to the Client’s arrival date.

No Shows.
Clients who do not arrive and check in at the Hotel on the date specified in the reservation confirmation, which can be from January 5th, 2023 thru April 30th 2023 & May 1st, 2023 thru December 20th 2023,shall pay the Hotel a cancellation charge equal to two (2) nights stay on the all-inclusive plan provided , however, that a “no show” for any reservation falling within the period “Christmas & New Year” this period being from December 21st 2023 thru January 4th 2024 (inclusive), shall be subject to a charge equal to the entire stay.
Early Check Out.
If the guest(s) check out before the original check out date specified in the reservation confirmation, shall be subject to a charge equal to the entire stay.
Due to the right to environmental sanitation, a fee of $ 20.00 will be charged Mexican pesos per room per night upon arrival at the hotel.
