Days of Operation: Monday to Sunday
Hours: 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Maximum capacity per time slot: 10 people
Prior reservation required.
Location: Dolphin Discovery at Chankanaab Park, open from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily.
What is Included Cozumel Sea Lion Interactive
Sea Lion Discovery Program:
30 minutes in the water interacting with sea lions.
Activities: Greeting, hugging, swimming, free jumping, singing and dancing of the sea lions.
Amenities:
Buffet food.
Non-alcoholic beverages.

Bring:
Swimsuit, towel, hat or cap, sunglasses and extra money to buy photos, souvenirs, taxis and extra expenses. Do not bring valuables.
It is important to arrive 30 minutes before your program, remember you´ll receive a briefing before your swim.
If you have any health or physical problem, please contact us before booking your reservation, so we can provide you with full information about our services.
If transportation is included, please note that pick-up varies depending on the location of the hotel, we suggest you contact us 24 hours before your tour to reconfirm your schedule.
If you get to Cozumel Island by cruise ship, verify your schedule before booking to avoid inconveniences.
Regulations of Cozumel Sea Lion Interactive
The use of sunscreen (or biodegradable) is not allowed in any of our programs.
The use of a life jacket is required in all water programs.
For security reasons, the use of cameras in the water is not allowed. Professional photos will be available for sale.
The sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages is only for adults.
Children under 6 years old or with height less than 1.40m+ / 55.11in+ will not be able to participate in the Sea Lion Discovery experience.
Children over 6 years old and with a height greater than 1.40m+ / 55.11in+ will be able to do the Sea Lion Discovery experience with 1 paying adult.
Children 13 years and older with a height of 1.40m / 55.11in, must pay their ticket as an adult and can swim alone.
For safety reasons, pregnant women cannot participate in this program.
Cancelation policies of Cozumel Sea Lion Interactive
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
