Wear comfortable beach clothes and a swimsuit. Bring a towel and an extra change of clothes.

Snorkeling equipment rental is $10.99 USD (requires a refundable $25 USD deposit).
Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and Riviera Maya is included only if added at the time of purchase. You must confirm the departure time and location.
Reservations canceled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days prior to the original arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, are non-refundable. Any change to the visit date may be subject to a change in the rate.
Date changes are not permitted on the day of your visit.

Cancelation policies of Xcaret de Noche
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
