General information of Xcaret Two Days Plus
Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Minimum age: All ages.
Children: 25% discount on the adult price for children ages 5 to 11.
It is essential to present identification at the park ticket office.

Recommendations of Xcaret Two Days Plus
Wear comfortable beach clothes and a swimsuit. Bring a towel and an extra change of clothes.
Your sunscreen and sunscreen should only contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.
Bring cash or a card to purchase souvenirs, participate in optional activities, or purchase photos of your visit.
Regulations of Xcaret Two Days Plus
Children taller than 1.40m must present identification to prove their age.
Transportation from Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya will only be included if you add it at the time of purchase. You must confirm the departure time and location.
Reservations canceled more than two days prior to the original arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 2 to 0 days prior to the original arrival date, or in the event of a no-show, will be non-refundable. Any change to the visit date may be subject to rate changes.
Date changes are not permitted on the day of your visit.
At Grupo Xcaret, we comply with government regulations by offering smoke- and emission-free spaces. We have designated smoking areas restricted to minors, pregnant women, seniors, and people with cardiovascular and respiratory health conditions.
Cancelation policies of Xcaret Two Days Plus
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
