Description of Mystery Yucatan

DAY 1. ARRIVAL
Arrival day: Arrival at Cancun International Airport Travel to the hotel in the Riviera Maya to prepare for the start of the circuit, it is recommended to purchase your flights before 3:00 pm to arrive at the hotel with daylight. Overnight at hotel in Riviera Maya, Barcelo Maya or similar.

DAY 2. TULUM, COBA AND VALLADOLID
After breakfast we will depart to the Mayan world, we will visit Tulum, a beautiful city by the coast with a lot of symbolism and correlation with the Book of Mormon, we continue to the site of Coba, with the highest temple of the Yucatan Peninsula and has the oldest stone road network of the Mayan world. it contains stone stelae with inscriptions about important events of this ancient city. It is believed that the name Coba is the original name of this city, which means choppy water, due to the proximity to lagoons, Lunch, we will end the day in Valladolid, Overnight at Puerta Chichen hotel or similar.

DAY 3. CHICHÉN ITZA, CENOTE IKKIL, RUINS EK BALAM AND MÉRIDA.
We will visit two important archaeological sites, Chichen Itza one of the seven wonders of the world, we will swim in the cenote ikkil, Lunch, we will continue our tour to the site of Ek Balam emblematic religious center of the city where priests were ordained and prepared for leadership. Next, we will visit the city of Merida, the White City in a panoramic tour of the city, we will visit the LDS Temple of Merida. Dinner and Overnight in Merida, Residential Hotel or similar.

DAY 4. GREAT MAYAN MUSEUM, UXMAL AND OVERNIGHT STAY IN XPUJIL
We will visit the Great Mayan Museum of Merida and see original pieces and replicas of Mayan artifacts discovered in tombs and temples in various archaeological sites, we will have lunch at an emblematic restaurant in the city, explore and climb to the famous archaeological site of Uxmal Lodge. After we will head to Xpujil, a community located just 2 hours from Calakmul, you will live a unique experience, away from technology and connected with nature, dinner and overnight Dinner and Overnight at Chicanna Ecovillage hotel or similar.

DAY 5. TOUR OF THE MAYAN RUINS OF CALAKMUL.
This day we will start very early to visit a very important archaeological site called Calakmul a great city where the first origins of human sacrifice and polytheism (Lamanite city) originated within the beautiful and dense jungle. Calakmul is part of a National Wildlife Reserve. We will enjoy a splendid tour of the ruins and have access to climb the temples and enjoy the incredible subtropical jungle canopy. If we are lucky we may see spider monkeys, wild turkeys, javelinas and others. After lunch we will continue to Bacalar or Laguna de los Siete Colores, dinner and overnight at hotel Racho Enchanted or similar.

DAY 6. TOUR OF THE DZIBANCHE RUINS AND BLUE LAGOON OF BACALAR.
After a pleasant night's rest, we will head out to visit the site of Dzibanche, an archaeological site proposed by many as the true city of Bountiful. We will then head to Bacalar to enjoy lunch at the incredible 7 Colors Lagoon and after lunch, we can swim in this beautiful natural wonder. We will explore the ancient Fort of Bacalar to visit the museum and see the many artifacts and devices used by the Spanish to counter pirate invasions. This day we will return to a hotel in the Riviera Maya, Barceló Maya Grand or similar.

DAY 7. DAY OF DEPARTURE
Check out after breakfast. Airport transfer service included or transfer to another hotel in the Riviera Maya in case of extended vacations

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For operational purposes, the order of tours and excursions may change without affecting the content of the Itinerary, unless it is for safety reasons, for which no refunds or compensation will be given.
-All prices provided include taxes.
-Rates in USD per person.
-Rates subject to change without prior notice and subject to availability at the hotels mentioned.
-All payment, reservation, and cancellation policies will be communicated when the reservation is processed, taking into consideration the policies of each hotel.
-It is necessary to receive participant lists in advance to reduce blockages or request more rooms.
-Last date to receive rooming list 30 days prior to group arrival
-Maximum group size of 20 to 24 people (considering that the group can increase to 42 people with prior notice due to room reservations)
-Name changes can be made up to 20 days prior to group arrival
-Domestic or international flights are not included in the program
-Drinks are not included in the program
-Guide and operator tips are not included in the program

PAYMENT POLICIES
-To reserve the program, a 10% down payment of the total service is required.
-Once the initial payment is made, the location will be confirmed, and payments may be made until the total amount due is finalized, up to 20 days prior to the start date of the service.
-If the group cancels 45 days prior to arrival, the initial payment is considered non-refundable, but the balance remains due to the next group.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
-If a full cancellation is requested 25 days prior to arrival, a penalty will be applied according to the cancellation policies of the hotels paid for.
-If a cancellation is made 35 days prior to the start of the program, only the first deposit will be charged.
-No shows, cancellations on the day of arrival, and early departures will be charged the full amount of the stay.
-Cancellations made 24 to 0 days prior to arrival will result in a 100% penalty.

Cancelation policies of Mystery Yucatan

Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.

      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.

      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.

No refunds will apply:
      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
