Dock Fee: Infants from 0 to 5 years old do not pay the dock fee.

Ground Transportation: If ground transportation is reserved, it is necessary to provide hotel details, lobby, and room number.
Cancelation policies of Isla Mujeres Pleasure
Full refund will apply in the following cases:

2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
