First shift: Registration at 09:00, departure at 09:30, return at 12:30, transfers back at 14:30. Second shift: Registration at 13:00, departure at 13:30, return at 16:30, transfers back at 18:00.

Basic swimming skills are required for snorkeling
Not suitable for people with limited mobility, back problems, recent surgeries, or pregnant women
Children aged 6 and up can participate, always accompanied by a responsible adult
Children aged 4 to 5 cannot enter the water and must stay on the boat with an adult
Participation is not allowed under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Cancelation policies of Catamaran & Reef Snorkel Basic
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
