The Beach Club is open every day from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Schedules: 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Departing point for those coming from Cozumel: Playa del Carmen.

Lockers available with deposit of $10 USD at check-in. If payment is in cash, it is refundable until 5 p.m.
Recommendations of Day pass
Bring a swimsuit, sandals, and light clothing to protect yourself from the sun.
Bring a change of clothes, a towel, and extra money for possible purchases such as photos, souvenirs, and additional items.
Biodegradable sunscreen and a long-sleeve swim shirt are recommended for sun protection while swimming.
If you have transportation included, please consider that you pick-up varies depending on the location of the hotel, we suggest you contact 24 hours before your tour, to reconfirm your schedule.
Regulations of Day pass
A dock usage fee of $15.00 USD per person is required, payable in cash or by card.
Entry to the activity is prohibited if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Minimum age for participation is 6 years, always accompanied by a responsible adult.
Cancelation policies of Day pass
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
