Access to the Nature Reserve, Groups of 12 people (maximum) per guide, Specialized guide. Lockers, wetsuit and life jacket, safety helmet with lamp, towels, regional buffet with fresh water.

Regulations of Rio Secreto Plus
-Maximum capacity: 12 persons per group
-Minimum age required: 7
-Maximum weight to participate: 250 lb
-Babysitting service under request (additional charge)
-Cameras and video are not permitted in the underground river
-This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, persons with severe motor or physical disabilities, heart problems or under the effects of alcohol or drugs
-Avoid the use of chemical products (too much make up, sunscreen and insect repellent)
-Minors aged 7 to 12 pay the child rate
-Photographic or video camera not allowed inside the underground river.

Cancellation policies of Rio Secreto Plus
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
