Description: Program aimed at those people who want to obtain their PADI diving certification but do not have 3 days to do the activity (it is a course similar to Open Water). Includes shallow water practice, manual, complete equipment and PADI certification (lifetime).
Dives in different reefs, 45 min each.
We operate in 8 different dive sites, whose depths vary from 45 ft and up to 90 ft+.
All our instructors are PADI certified.

Days of Operation: Monday to Saturday
Schedules: 9:30 a.m. / Return to the Marina at 3:30 p.m. / Departure to hotels: 4:30 p.m.
Maximum Capacity per Schedule: 8 Passengers

PADI Diving Center since 2013.

What is Included Scuba Diver Certification Course with Maroma Beach (2 Days)
Shared transportation service Hotel-Marina-Hotel on specific schedules.
Two-days program consisting of:
Practice in shallow water
2 Dives 45 minutes each, in different reefs.
Manual and all necessary equipment (SCUBA) mask, regulator, vest compensator, fins and belt with lead. (if the client brings their own equipment, no-discount applies).
PADI Certification (for life)
Access to Maroma Beach and use of facilities.
Bilingual guide (English-Spanish)

Lockers available (USD$10 Deposit at check-in. If payment is in cash, it is refundable until 5 p.m.).
Consumption of food and beverages additional to those included in this tour.
Dock Use Tax $15 USD (or the equivalent in Mexican Pesos) per person, payable upon check-in at the Marina in cash or Credit/Debit Card.
Recommendations of Scuba Diver Certification Course with Maroma Beach (2 Days)
Swimsuit, towel, cap, sunglasses, biodegradable sunscreen, extra money to buy photos, souvenirs, additional drinks and to taste the delights of our Cocotales restaurant. Do not bring valuables.
Diving activity is recommended for people over 10 years of age, accompanied by an adult (paid ticket).
Pick-up varies depending on the location of the hotel, we suggest you contact 24 hours before your tour, to reconfirm your schedule.
Regulations of Scuba Diver Certification Course with Maroma Beach (2 Days)
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Minimum age is 10 years old.
Do not have a full stomach, eat moderately before the activity.
Activity not recommended for people with limited mobility or back problems, hypertension, diabetes, heart or respiratory problems, ear problems or pregnant women.
Contraindicated for people who suffer from claustrophobia.
People under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs will not be able to carry out the activity.
Each participant must pay the Dock Use Fee $15 USD in cash or card payment when registering.
Includes collective transportation service, with no discount when not used.
Minimum guarantee for private service is 8 passengers paid.
In case of incomplete activity for personal reasons, the charge is maintained at 100% with no-refund.
Cancelation policies of Scuba Diver Certification Course with Maroma Beach (2 Days)
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
