Activities at Xplor Fuego Park are recommended for children over 5 years old (they must be accompanied by an adult at all times). NOTE: For some activities, a minimum height of 1.10 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
If the Tour includes transportation, confirm the time and place of departure.
Your sunscreen, repellents and suntan lotions should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.
Bring cash or a card to buy souvenirs, do optional activities at Xcaret, and purchase photos of your visit.

Cancelation policies of Paquete Xcaret + Xplor Fuego
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
