Recommendations of Paquete Xcaret + Xplor
Activities at Xplor Park are recommended for children over 5 years old (they must be accompanied by an adult at all times). NOTE: For some activities, a minimum height of 1.10 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg are required.
For your visit, wear a swimsuit, water shoes and comfortable clothing.
Bring an extra change of clothes and a towel.
Wear a hat or cap and sunglasses.
If the tour includes transportation, confirm the time and place of departure.
Your sunscreen, repellents and suntan lotions should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
Bring cash or a card to do any Optional Activity at Xcaret, take your photos or buy souvenirs.
Regulations of Paquete Xcaret + Xplor
Cancelation policies of Paquete Xcaret + Xplor
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
