Regulations of Snorkel Xtreme
-Basic swimming skills required.
-Not recommended for people with physical, motor, or heart problems, or pregnant women. -Children under 5 years of age may participate under the supervision of a family member.
-People under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not participate.
Promotion in case of:
Reservation of 3 adults: The promotional rate will apply to 2 adults, and the third adult will pay the regular rate.
Reservation of 2 adults + 1 child: Adults apply the promotional rate, and the child will pay the regular rate.
Cancellation policies of Snorkel Xtreme
A refund will be granted only in the following cases, provided that the client has notified and canceled within the established timeframe:
When the service is canceled by the provider.
In case of illness, provided that an official medical report is presented and the cancellation is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the service.
When the cancellation or change of date is made before 11:00 a.m. on the day prior to the scheduled service date.
NO refunds, either full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances in the following cases:
No Show: If the client fails to appear on the scheduled date and time of the service, no refund will apply, including in cases of illness, personal emergencies, or any other reason, even if a medical certificate is provided.
