The Route of Feeling: a fun Path of Dwarves and Giants, total darkness in different ecosystems in Xensatorium, underground caverns in a Labyrinth of Underground Arteries, a space full of nature in El Edén and a refreshing Xítrico Garden where it was previously known as the Circuito ConSentido.
The Route of Doing: a huge heart awaits you in Latido, an original and crazy Village, a dizzying Slide, a zip line in Vuelo de Pájaro, the warm current of Riolajante and a total cover of mud in Lodorama.

Wear comfortable beach clothes, a bathing suit, a towel, and bring an extra change of clothes.
Closed-toe shoes or water shoes are required for some activities.
If the tour includes transportation, confirm the time and place of departure.
Your sunscreen, insect repellent, and suntan lotion should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park.
Bring cash or a card to buy souvenirs or take photos of your visit.
Regulations of Xcaret + Xenses
Cancelation policies of Xcaret + Xenses
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
