What is Included Xel-Há
Includes Food, open bar, equipment, and free snorkeling tube, water activities in the river and in the cove.
What is Not Included Xel-Há
Does not include: Swim with dolphins, Sea Trek, Snuba, Swim with manatees, Xpá

-Comfortable clothes (shorts and t-shirt)

Regulations of Xel-Há
-Children aged 5 to 11 pay the child rate
-Tall children should present an ID
-Infants under the age of 5 enter for free
-Visitor must present photo ID of child
Cancelation policies of Xel-Há
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
