Regulations of ATV's Xtreme & Tulum
Minimum driving age is 16 years old and 8 years old as a passenger (no license required).
-Basic swimming skills are required.
-Prescription masks are available (upon request).
-Not recommended for people with physical, motor, or heart problems, or pregnant women.
-People under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not participate.
-Tulum archaeological services cost USD 20 for adults. Children under 11 do not require a ticket or wristband to enter as long as they can prove their age. Official identification may be requested at the entrance to validate their age. If they do not have one, they must cover the cost of the ticket and wristband.
Cancelation policies of ATV's Xtreme & Tulum
Full refund will apply in the following cases:
1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.
2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.
3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.
No refunds will apply:
1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
