Later we will enjoy a delicious regional meal, to continue with the view of Akumal, where we will have the opportunity to swim with turtles in their natural habitat, living a magical unique experience in the destination.
Before ending our adventure, we will make a brief stop at a real Glass Factory, where we will be able to appreciate the realization of authentic handcrafted pieces and additionally we will also visit an interesting Chocolate museum, which will complement this incredible experience.

What is Not Included Tulum Cenote Akumal

Marine Tax $ 12 USD per person, which must be paid at the time of Check-in. Lifejacket rental, for mandatory safety to carry out the Swimming activity in the Cenote.

Recommendations of Tulum Cenote Akumal

Regulations of Tulum Cenote Akumal

By provision of the Mexican government, the use of video cameras in the Archaeological Zone is subject to an additional charge that is paid at the ticket office located at the entrance. (The use of Drones and aerial cameras is prohibited).
The Tour operates with a minimum of 2 people, in case of not operating, alternatives can be sent to them.

Cancelation policies of Tulum Cenote Akumal

Full refund will apply in the following cases:


      1. When the service is canceled by the supplier.


      2. Due to illness, presenting a doctor's report.


      3. The Cancellation or date change is made prior to 11:00 am the day before the service.





No refunds will apply:


      1. If the client does not show on the date and time of service.
